FILTERJET - Air Filter Cleaning Systems

HFZ Services has signed a contract for the exclusive rights to manufacture and market a new and patented system (FILTERJET) for the automatic testing and cleaning of air filters for internal combustion (Diesel) engines and industrial dust collectors.

Together with partners Filterjettechnologies Pte Ltd was founded.

The Product

» Recent research has shown that regular maintenance of air filters can reduce fuel consumption by up to 12% particularly in the operation of intensively used commercial vehicles. With FILTER JET cleaned quality air filters can be reused more than 12 times, reducing air filter costs by 50%.
In addition, regular maintenance of air filters reduces pollutants, an important aspect in view of stricter environmental laws expected in the near future. 

» FILTERJET  does not only  clean quickly and  effectively at  the push  of a button,  but  also examines electronically with a patented procedure, the state of air filters for possible damage,
a condition which could lead to faster wear of engine components. Sealed cleaning and testing chambers prevent environmental pollution and the inhalation of toxic dust by the user during the cleaning process.

the Gold Medal at the International Exhibition for Inventions in
Geneva/Switzerland 2003.
